Spring Concert (ALL CHOIRS)
All choir students—the next concert is Tuesday, May 15th at Lockport East Township High School. Please be aware that this is changed from the original date of Monday, May 14th. Students will be bussed from Oak Prairie to the high school after school in order to put together choreography for the concert. They will be given pizza for dinner (or may bring food/have food delivered to them).
Students will be wearing OP Bulldog Choir T-Shirts and jeans for this performance, so please make sure they have this shirt available.
Here is the planned schedule:
2:45-3:00 Arrive @ LTHS, meet in auditorium, put stuff down
8th Grade will be House Left
7th Grade will be Center
6th Grade will be House Right
3:00-3:15 Quick warm-up for singing
3:15-3:45 I Lived Rehearsal (all choirs)
3:45-4:00 Africa Rehearsal (7th & 8th only, 6th sit down)
4:00-4:15 BBC Rehearsal
4:15-4:35 Hi-C Rehearsal
4:35-4:40 Radioactive Rehearsal (8th only, 7th & 6th in seats)
4:40-4:45 Viva La Vida Rehearsal (7th only, 8th & 6th in seats)
4:45-5:00 Run all 6th grade dances (8th & 7th in seats)
5:00-5:30 Dinner Break
5:30-6:30 Run all songs in order
6:30-6:40 Students grab all belongings and bring to choir room
6:40 House Opens
7:00-8:00 Concert Time!
I am aware that there is a ceremony for the Board Awards scheduled the same night as the concert. I have emailed specific details to the parents of the students that this affects, so please contact me about any questions or concerns regarding this plan.
After School Schedule
May 7th-May 11th:
Tuesday 2:30-4:00pm Hi-C Rehearsal - crucial for ALL members to be present for the entire duration.
Wednesday 2:30-4:00pm Drama Club
Thursday 2:30-3:30pm Bulldog Boys Choir Rehearsal - crucial for ALL members to be present for the entire duration. Last rehearsal for the year!
May 14th-May 18th - Concert Week!
No Hi-C because we're going to LTHS!

Join the Google Classroom if you haven't already. Here is the code: imsaspy
Stop by Room 5 (Mrs. Rainaldi's room) to get your picture taken, and fill out your bio in Google Classroom.
The practice time slot is May 22nd from 2:30-4:00pm in the gym. You need to arrange a ride for this day, or you may take the 3:30 activity bus. Please bring necessary props, supplies, tracks of songs, etc. to practice and meet outside of the gym!
The show will be May 24th after school from 2:45pm to about 4:00pm. Friends and family are welcome to come and watch in the gym!
